Looking into Foster City new construction shows that prior to 2020 a few new homes were being built almost every year but after 2020 no sales have been identified as a new Foster City house. Although a Foster City average and median house price of about $2.4M and a maximum quarterly house price of about $3.5M is within the price range of Silicon Valley new homes for sale, none of the currently 25 new homes for sale are in Foster City.
